Liliane Régnier is a women’s empowerment leader, facilitator, artist, and mentor. After more than 20 years as a birth doula, she launched her own business to support women through all of life’s transitions. Liliane works with women who feel lost, stuck in patterns of self-doubt, or disconnected from their true selves. She guides them to break free, step into confidence, reclaim their voice, and live with purpose, connection, and aliveness. Drawing from decades of personal development study, her work is grounded, transformative, and heart-led.

Through her virtual program Together Within: A Transformational Journey Toward Self-Love, Courage, and Authentic Expression, as well as in-person workshops rooted in creativity and community, Liliane helps women create meaningful change in their lives. She believes that community is the antidote to loneliness and that supported women have the power to lead positive change in the world.
