Please note, our turnaround time for processing all returns, exchanges, and repairs is 8–10 days from the date the item is received at our Winnipeg boutique/manufacturer.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Find your packing slip — it’s included in your shipment.
  2. Fill it out — note whether you’d like a return (refund/store credit) or an exchange, and the size or colour you’d like instead.
  3. Ship it or drop it off to our boutique/manufacturer:

A note on shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns, exchanges, and repairs, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, Anne Mulaire covers the cost of sending your new item(s) back to you. We don’t offer pre-paid return shipping labels at this time.

Holiday gifts Returns extended into the third week of January. Unworn, tags on, original receipt — full refund or exchange / store credit. Until 3rd week of January


How refunds work

Once your item arrives back with us, returns are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. For credit cards, the credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.

For your protection, we don’t retain your credit card information. If we need it to complete a refund or exchange, we may reach out to you directly.

Repairs & Refresh

Occasionally things happen, a hem comes undone, a seam gets a small rip, things need fixing and that’s okay. If a construction repair is needed, we’ve got you covered.

Repair services apply to Anne Mulaire apparel that breaks down through standard use, purchased in-store or online with a verifiable record of purchase (e.g. order number) and original Anne Mulaire labels attached. How repairs work

  • Email us at customerservice@annemulaire.ca with photos and a detailed description of what you’d like repaired. If the spot is hard to see, tag it with a piece of tape so we don’t miss it.
  • For health and safety, we only accept laundered, clean garments free of pet hair. Items that arrive dirty or unwashed will be subject to a cleaning fee, and we reserve the right to decline unclean items.
  • Include a note with the desired repair and your contact information.
  • Repairs are completed within 4–6 weeks of the date we receive your item, then shipped back to you.

Repair for Life

Repair for Life includes unlimited small repairs through Refresh Level 1: mending holes, repairing seams, and fixing hems (shortening or re-stitching where stitching has come undone).

To redeem:

  1. Drop off or mail in the items you’d like to Refresh, including our Refresh form. Contact us to let us know your item(s) need a refresh.
  2. Our team assesses your garments and contacts you with any questions. If the work goes beyond the scope of the service, additional costs may apply.
  3. We’ll notify you when your garments are ready. Please allow 3–4 weeks once your items are received.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. As with all repairs, garments must be freshly washed and free of pet hair.

Repair for Life promotion: the promotion is void on returned items and is non-transferable on returns, but it is transferable to applicable exchanged items.
