Refresh – Level 1
Give your favourite Anne Mulaire or VOILÀ piece a second life. Our Level 1 Refresh is designed for one garment, covering up to 3 small repairs to keep it looking and feeling its best.

Includes:

  • Fixing holes

  • Repairing seams

  • Re-doing hems (shortening or stitching that’s coming undone)

  • General cleaning & adjustments to restore your garment

Example: If you have 3 leggings with a couple of holes each, you’ll want to purchase one Level 1 Refresh per legging.

How It Works:

Step 1: Choose and purchase your Refresh Service — one unit per garment.
Step 2: Send us your garments (include the Refresh Form).
Step 3: Our team will inspect your items and contact you if additional work or charges are needed.
Step 4: Once refreshed, we’ll notify you when your items are ready for pickup or delivery.

Important Details:

  • Eligible items: Anne Mulaire & VOILÀ only

  • Turnaround time: 3–4 weeks (custom repairs may take longer)

  • Cleanliness: All garments must be freshly washed and free of pet hair (unclean items may be declined for health & safety)

  • Orders with new items: If you purchase new pieces along with a Refresh, your order will be processed once we receive your items for repair

    Great shopping experience and amazing help for making a custom piece

    I visited the shop with my sister while in Winnipeg for a family wedding. I found great trousers but asked if they could make them in a different fabric. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and ensured they could be ready before my trip ended 6 days later. The trousers are amazing!
