Your questions, answered
Start with a fitting at our Winnipeg boutique. We’ll help you explore the collection and confirm the fit before you reserve. Please do not alter the gown or use pins, tape or adhesives without written approval from our studio.
A separate refundable damage deposit is required at pickup. We’ll confirm the amount and explain inspection, deposit return and any potential charges before you reserve.
Contact our boutique right away about any spill, stain or damage. Please do not try to clean or treat it yourself. Specialist cleaning is included, and we’ll share care guidelines with your rental.
Rental pricing and care
Your rental includes specialist cleaning. Rental pricing and the refundable damage deposit will be confirmed before you reserve. Each gown is hand-painted, so we share care guidelines with every rental. Return your gown unwashed and untreated, in its garment bag. Please do not attempt cleaning or stain removal.
Keep your gown away from heat, steam and moisture. Let perfume, makeup and body products dry before dressing, and avoid contact with painted areas. Store the gown hanging in its supplied garment bag, without folding painted areas.
