The walk up
Find the grey brick building
Look for the dark grey warehouse with the SO‑X / South Osborne Xchange banner and the black Mulvey Market doors. That's us, same building, third floor.
Come through the main doors
Step inside through the glass doors. On weekends the main‑floor market is open and the doors are unlocked; on other days, give us a ring from here and we'll come let you in.
Spot the teal columns & ring us
You'll see tall teal columns and the tenant directory screen, we're listed as 303 · Anne Mulaire. Call 204‑231‑1433 and we'll buzz you up.

Take the elevator to 3, turn toward 303, and you've found us.
Hours
When to come
Main‑floor market: weekends 10am–5pm.
Saturday 10:30 - 4:30pm.
Upstairs, visit us whenever we're in, a quick call ahead makes sure the door's open.
