Level 1 Refresh includes:

Refresh of Seams: Side seam and crotch area.

General cleaning, and any necessary adjustments to bring your leggings back to the best condition as possible.
How It Works:
Step 1: Choose and purchase your Refresh Service – one unit per garment.
Step 2: Send us your garments for repair (don’t forget to include the Refresh Form).
Step 3: Our team will inspect your items and reach out if there are any issues. Additional charges may apply for extensive repairs.
Step 4: Once refreshed, we’ll notify you when your items are ready for pickup or delivery.

The price of the refresh includes shipping to us, and shipping fees at checkout cover the return shipping to you.

Currently, only Anne Mulaire & VOILÀ items are eligible for refresh.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for repairs. Custom repairs may take longer depending on the work required.

If you order new items along with your refresh, your order will be processed after we receive your items for repair.
Please Note: Garments should be freshly washed and free of pet hair. For health and safety, unclean items may be declined.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
SALE items (Green Sale section): Can only be returned for store credit only, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order
RESALE items: These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Artisan Jewelry Items: All jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders or altered items: Custom orders, re-cuts and any altered items (including hemming) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Holiday Return Policy: For holiday gifts, we’re extending returns until the 3rd week of January. Items unworn, with tags attached, and the original receipt can be returned for a full refund or for exchange/store credit within 30 days.
