Our PENELOPE SKIRT is a fitted, high-waisted pencil skirt with a classic straight silhouette. Penelope features a princess style and two front pockets with a length that falls just below the knee. A sophisticated yet relaxed pencil skirt that can be paired with almost any top.

94% Lenzing MicroModal®/ 6% LYCRA®

Lenzing MicroModal® sourced from renewable beechwood trees, boasts sustainable qualities like closed-loop production, reduced water use, and biodegradability. This fabric is certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which ensures that it is free from harmful chemicals.

Viscose of Bamboo is made from the cellulose fibers of the bamboo plant grown without pesticides and fertilizers. Additionally, bamboo fabric is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, making it gentle on both your skin.

Our Bamboo and MicroModal fabric is knit and dyed in Ontario using fair trade production and low-impact, Azo-free dyes. (Choosing azo-free dyes helps to minimize the risk of exposure to harmful substances and promotes healthier and more sustainable manufacturing practices.)

CARE:

Machine or hand wash cold.
No bleach.
Lay flat to dry to avoid misshaping the fabric.

Great skirt!
A black pencil skirt has always been a wardrobe must for me, until my body started changing shape on me. I could no longer wear them off the rack and it seemed like my size was changing faster than I could get them tailored. So, I tried to convince myself that my pencil skirt days were over.
Not so! Thanks to this awesome skirt, my black pencil skirt looks are back. The fit is very forgiving. Plus the fabric is great quality, so not only does it feel great, but it doesn't look like some cheap body con skirt. I wouldn't hesitate to wear it as business attire.
Anyway, I wore this again yesterday, and it occurred to me that I should come say how great it is.
Definitely check your measurements against the size chart - I did and it fit perfectly. But it put me in a size M when I'm normally an XL or even XXL in some brands. So definitely don't order your usual size.
