By keeping garments in use for only nine extra months, we can reduce related carbon, water, and waste footprints by 20—30% (ThredUp).
Things You’ll Want to Know…
Before sending in your item for repair, here are a few important details:
1. Eligible Items: At this time, we are only refreshing Anne Mulaire and VOILÀ items.
2. Turnaround Time: Please allow 3–4 weeks for repairs once your item is received by our manufacturer.
3. Custom Repairs: If your item requires a unique or custom repair, we’ll provide an estimated timeline based on the labour and materials needed.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping to and from Anne Mulaire.
5. Cleanliness Policy: All garments must be freshly washed and free of pet hair. Due to health & safety concerns, we reserve the right to decline repairs on unclean items
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation 💚
