Do your clothes need a little TLC? Let us repair your favorite Anne Mulaire clothes so you can keep what you love, avoid overconsumption, and be better stewards of the planet. At Anne Mulaire, we want to help extend the life of as many garments as we can through our Refresh Program.

STEP 1: Select and purchase your repairs/refresh. Please purchase one refresh unit per garment you'd like refreshed.
STEP 2: Drop off or mail in the clothing items you wish to Refresh (Don’t forget to include our Refresh form).
STEP 3: Our team will assess your garments and contact you if there are any discrepancies or questions. (Please note: If the work required is beyond the scope of the purchased service, additional costs may be required.)
STEP 4: We’ll notify you once your garments are all ready!
A Few Things to Note:
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Anne Mulaire. Shipping costs at check out will cover shipping to get your garments back to you once Refreshed. Product not eligible for free shipping
At this time, we are only refreshing Anne Mulaire & VOILÀ items.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the repairs once your items are received at our manufacturer. If custom repairs are needed we will provide an estimated time of completion, depending on the labour and resources required for the repair. If you purchase other new items along with your Refresh, your order will be waiting patiently until we receive your items for refresh!
We ask that all garments are freshly washed and free of pet hair. Please be advised that due to health & safety concerns our team reserves the right to decline alterations & repairs items that are unclean. We appreciate your cooperation.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.
GREEN SALE: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order
RESALE items: These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Artisan Jewelry Items: All jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders or altered items: Custom orders, re-cuts and any altered items (including hemming) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
